Exciting and educational birthday programs for children of all ages
If you are looking for a special and memorable place to organize a child´s birthday party, then Tartu Nature House is the right choice. Tartu Nature House organizes birthdays for kids. We have exciting and educational birthday programs for children aged 4-16 years old. We are flexible in carrying out the program, because the age, interests, and wishes of the birthday child and guests are taken into consideration.
During the birthday program there will be different games and activities for the kids to keep them busy. In addition, children will also be able to visit the Winter garden, turtles and Animal room where you can meet and pet different animals.
DETAILS FOR KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY:
Birthdays times: during work days 17:30 – 20:00 during weekends 11:30 – 14:00 and 15:00 – 17:30
The duration of the party is 2,5 hours. The special birthday program lasts ca 1,5 hours and the rest of the time is meant for playtime and eating birthday cake. The family can come in for preparations 15 minutes before the start of the birthday party. There are also 15 minutes for cleaning up after the party.
We are able to offer the birthday programs in Estonian, English and Russian languages.
The size of the birthday party is up to 16 children and a few adults (in case of more people ask for a separate offer).
The price is 220 euros. Payment can be made on the spot in cash or by card. The price includes a special birthday program, a decorated party room and the use of the kitchen, equipment, and tableware. Please note that the price doesn’t include catering.

PARK ADVENTURE
An active and playful birthday program in the park area of the Nature House for 7-10-year-old children.
The program consists of different games and puzzles that the children have to solve in order to open a special room in the Nature House.
GREAT GREENERY ADVENTURE
This adventure takes 8-12-year-olds on a expedition to Nature House’s park where children are able to discover the secrets of teamwork through playful activities.
For this program we advise you to dress comfortably and sportily because in addition to other activities, participants can cross the park’s pond on a cable car.
DINOSAURS
Educational, playful and a birthday program full of surprises for 4-8-year-old children.
The program introduces the giants who lived here hundreds of millions of years ago. For example, how big and small they were, what they looked like and what they ate.
FASCINATING FISH
Educational, playful, captivating and surprising birthday program for 4-8-year-old children.
During the program we will talk about water, its nature, states, necessity and uses.
WILD ANIMALS
Educational, playful, impressive and fun birthday program for 4-8-year-old children.
The wildlife program talks about the life, condition, diet and behavior of wild animals living in Estonia, involving the children’s own toy animals.
DINOSAURS
Educational, playful, engaging and competitive birthday program for 8-10-year-old children.
In short, the program uses interactive games and crafting to convey the theme.
WATER TREATMENT LABORATORY
Educational, practical and fun birthday program for 8-15-year-old children.
The program introduces how to make a water purifier from handy natural resources and how clean it will really make the water.
ENERGY CODE BREAKERS
Educational, practical and exciting birthday program for 10-15-year-old children.
The energy program is structured around the escape room method and consists of five practical hands-on tasks.
IMPORTANT!
The usage of disposable tableware isn’t allowed.
The Nature House dishes can be used for catering.
After the party used dishes have to be washed or put into the dishwasher.
The party room has an open kitchen with everything necessary for serving food: cups, plates, bowls, platters, forks, knives, spoons, jugs, etc.
Kitchen appliances are also available: oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator, microwave.
The generated waste has to be sorted by type: paper, packaging, municipal waste, biodegradable / compost.
In the workshops we use reusable and nature-friendly materials.

Tartu Nature House can host both small and a large scale party. In putting the program together we are flexible about our client’s interests and wishes so we’ll find the best solution for celebration the memorable occasion. We offer adults the chance to choose the most agreeable party space for them – the Nature House auditorium, a party room with an open kitchen or a spacious classroom. We can recommend good catering and propose ideas for the program.
A tour of the house and a workshop are both fun additions to the program.
Maximum attendee count is 75 people.
Party service is 425 – 620 euros.
The party can last until midnight.

rent of the room, including chairs and tables;
presentation and sound equipment;
an option to use the kitchen and dishes;
an auxiliary room for musicians and catering;
a house tour if desired.
PS! During the party the guests can take a look at the exhibitions and the conservatory on their own.

We offer companies, institutions and groups of friends an opportunity to have a family friendly Christmas party with games and a Santa in Tartu Nature House!
Christmas programme starts with educational and heartwarming family performance “List”.
This story binds joy, sorrow and patience with curiosity, diligent fatigue and shyness. A little girl finds herself in Elf land where she meets elves making preparations for Christmas. They are overwhelmed with requests, because children’s letters have become longer with each year. If and how the problem can be solved remains to be seen…
After the performance there is a spirited search and discover game. Santa arrives after the game and listens to children’s stories and poems and gives out the presents. (The presents are not included in the price.)
The guests are welcomed by cheerful elves. When the Santa has been sent off, interested parties can take a look at the Nature House.
We will visit the conservatory and introduce real animals who can be petted.

In organising the holiday party, we are flexible and take the client’s wishes and needs into account. Together we’ll plan exactly a memorable holiday party in our Christmas themed auditorium!

It is possible to have weddings both with or without a reception in Tartu Nature House. You can book the entire house or specific rooms according to your needs.
The park area of the house allows you to register your marriage in the fresh air. In case of bad weather, the ceremony can take place inside the house in the conservatory.

The natural light of the conservatory and tropical plants provide an ideal opportunity to take photos. The winter garden can accommodate ~ 70 guests.

There is a spacious and bright hall on the ground floor for a wedding party, which can accommodate a maximum of 72 people with a band and catering. For a larger number of people, there are special solutions and additional space options.

If you do not want to have a big party, you can also rent the rooms for a few hours. A suitable room for a smaller group is on the second floor and includes an open kitchen. The cozy room with a park view is suitable for a party of up to 30 people.
